Property Types/Sectors: Mixed-Use High-rise, Hotel, Development, Multi-Use Commercial, Office Building, SFR Development, Industrial Park, Commercial Acquisition, Commercial/Residential Land, Refinance, Multi zoned Raw Land and more.
 
Funding Amount: $10,000,000+ with no max.
 
Area of Interest:  Primarily North America with consideration of stable international markets. 
 
Terms: Short-6-36 months with two 6 month extensions available.
             Long-20-30 years
 
LTV: 65%-90%.  Please note that this varies per transaction and is based on risk and possible equity a client may already have on land.
 
Interest:  Starts at 4%.
 
Fees: Start at 3% but this also varies by transaction.
 
JV:  Considered on a deal by deal basis.
